TAXES AND DUTIES

VAT is included in the price. The visitor's tax of CHF 2.50 per person and night is not included in the is not included in the price and will be charged with the final bill.

GUARANTEE POLICY

Credit card details are required for bookings (Visa or Mastercard).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings can only be cancelled online, via email or in writing.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival is free of charge, otherwise full amount of the booked stay will be due. Bookings done on other websites then our own, cancellations must be made 14 days prior arrival, otherwise full amount of the booked stay will be due.
During the x-mas weeks (last week and first week of the year), cancellations must be made 30 days prior arrival, otherwise full amount of the booked stay will be due.

Bookings made for 3 or more rooms have a cancellation policy of 30 days. Prepayment of 50 % necessary.

NO SHOW

In case of no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

EARLY DEPARTURE

If the departure date is shortened after arrival, the confirmed number of nights will be nights will be charged in full.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Early check-in or late check-out will be offered only upon special request and availability. Up to one extra night will be charged.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children are welcome from 12 years old.

HOUSE RULES

The guest accepts our house rules, which can be found in the online room folder ans also your guest area. Access to them will be communicated latest at check-in.

DOGS

Dogs are allowed. The cost of CHF 10.00 per night will be 100% donated to an animal welfare organization in Switzerland!

General

All faults in the room needs to be reported immediately to the Reception desk.

Guests are liable for any intentional or unintentional damages caused by themselves or others for whom they are responsible. All damages need to be paid before check out.

For longer stays the hotel bill is settled every 7 days.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Valid for 1 year from date of issue and can only be redeemed at Boutique Hotel The River House Andermatt. Partial payments and cash payouts are not possible.
