Our bar Di Alt Apothek is inspired by our regional and the global food movement, and in turn, our on-site bar, is also influenced by cuisines around the world. Famous for her fusion dishes, head chef Sarah Keller creates seasonal menus that still have a little bit of local and Italian flair. That’s right, you can still get your burger, but don’t be surprised to taste a bit of southern influence.
In Hotel Bar Di Alt Apothek
The mixologists at our bar, Di Alt Apothek, create innovative and delicious cocktails with a chemist’s precision. Beers crafted by the Swiss best brewery Appenzeller Bier are on tap and rotated monthly to keep our selections interesting. We also have a small stage where musicians and entertainers of all kinds perform for the sensory delight of our guests.
