The Fait Maison label stands for home-made cuisine and distinguishes restaurants whose dishes are prepared entirely or largely in their own kitchens from fresh ingredients, without resorting to ready-made dishes and products.  Only the bouillon, the cake batter and the ketchup, which we obtain from Conny's Ketchup without added sugar, do not meet the criteria of the Fait Maison label.
